Besides a juicy cheeseburger, you can satisfy a burger craving with versions in lamb or turkey, each with inventive, unusual accompaniments like the turkey burger’s onion marmalade. The Cobb salad sings with great bacon and a poached egg. Located in the heart of Columbus Circle, the Museum of Arts and Design gives you a chance to stop and take in a great piece of culture added to the fast. The shrimp gracing my Caesar salad were the largest I’ve ever seen and the white anchovies on top add a flavor note that’s far more subtle than the typical, oily anchovy. Mussels, served as an appetizer get a kick from chorizo while the pear and walnut salad is better than most variations on this theme. The food is as chic as the atmosphere and the vibrant pink, orange and lavender decor, sparked with an ample dose of Lucite, attracts plenty of “ladies who lunch” as well as tourists with money to spend and museumgoers looking for a terrific meal. The room is sleek and contemporary with mirrors angled to catch park views and a flat panel screen with a light display brightening up what would otherwise be a dull corner. The drink was sweet and tangy and perfect for the autumnal season, since Blackberries are considered to be Fall berries.This stylish restaurant is on the top floor of the Museum of Art and Design, overlooking Central Park and Columbus Circle. After finishing up all of the items I ordered, Landa offered me a Blackberry Mimosa, which was the featured cocktail of the day. Not to mention that they were topped with tortilla strips, pico de gallo, and leafy greens. The Huevos Rancheros were perfect for the salty and savory touch, as they come with refried black beans, pork, sunnyside up eggs, a fried corn tortilla, and salsa ranchera. The combination of the Ricotta Pancakes with the blueberries and compote was sweet, sour, and just delightful. It is located at Columbus Circle, and serves drinks, dinner and. The Ricotta pancakes were placed so delicately on my plate and had a beautifully painted dash of blueberry compote next to it, as well as the berries themselves. I recently had dinner at Robert, the restaurant inside the Museum of Art and Design (MAD). All dishes are displayed elegantly, but most importantly, tasted like heaven on Earth. After looking at the menu for a while and sipping on coffee and a mini muffin, I decided to order the Ricotta Pancakes, a side of bacon and Huevos Rancheros. While I sat down and looked at the restaurant’s bright pink menu, the waiter brought me a bread basket containing an assortment of different breads and mini muffins with a side of whipped salty butter. As for the cuisine, the brunch is to die for. ![]()
